Welcome to Uncommon Canarsie Elementary School

Uncommon Canarsie Elementary School is located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Canarsie. Students have the opportunity to attend the elementary academy for grades K to 4, and continue on to Uncommon Canarsie Middle School pour les classes 5 à 8 et un lycée Uncommon pour les classes 9 à 12.

10 ans et plus

In August 2013, Uncommon Canarsie Elementary School opened to serve 58 students in Kindergarten. We now serve students in all grades from Kindergarten through 8th grade.

We are an elementary school serving grades K to 4. Scholars attend Uncommon Canarsie Middle School starting in grade 5.

To get our students through the long climb to college, Uncommon Canarsie Elementary School instills in our students the personal qualities they will need to succeed. Our students follow, and families are expected to support, the school's Code of Conduct. Students wear uniforms and are expected to uphold the school's Core Values.

The goal is for freshman year of college to become a natural extension of graduating from high school.
